Collection 1 Drop 2 follows up the story of “Chaos” conforming into an agenda. The release of collection 1 drop 1 was showcased in New York city located in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Attendees communicated emotions and thoughts drawing on two 6 x 9 feet 8oz tarps. The signature pattern was painted by hand before the event to emphasize “Sharing and embracing Chaos.” Shopping of the collection took place with other artworks displayed. Heron Preston closed down the event with a two hour dj mix. Inspired by wall streets uniform of a suit and tie, drop 2 uses blazer silhouettes with oxford button downs that are oversized. The tarps, from our previous event, were made into a 1/1 blazer & matching pant set. Hardware included: Italian metal buttons for the blazer. Rope jaw strings with black metal tighteners and metal zipper pockets for the pants. Button downs were screen printed and repurposed. One of the two print options, the print words “Content Architect,” meaning being skillful in multiple genres. “Chaos” screen printed on front is another option with “RICHARDANDGRACE” spelled out on the back. Buttons were removed first before print and sewn for precise quality. More Levi’s were released adding spring touches of hand distressing on jackets and never before seen cuts on pants.
